A massage for your skin and the tissue underneath
LPG Endermologie is a mechanical massage. The device lifts and rolls your skin and the tissue below it, using gentle suction and motorised rollers. It is not a quick fix. It works on how your skin and body feel and look, one session at a time.
I choose the programme after we talk. Some clients come to me with loose skin. Some with swelling, some with cellulite, and some simply want to shape their body. Depending on your goal, the treatment can focus on lymphatic drainage, firming the skin, stimulating collagen or body contouring.
I work on the LPG Integral 2 here in Prestwich, and I have been offering Endermologie for 4 years. Every body is different, so no two plans look the same.
What happens at your first appointment
Your first visit takes about an hour and five minutes. We start with a conversation, then you have your first treatment on the same day.

Made for youEvery body is different, so I choose the programme after the consultation. Everyone reacts differently to the treatment, so I set the strength to suit you. Tell me if you want it lighter or firmer.
Your first treatment
50 minutesYou are treated on the LPG Integral 2 with the programme we chose together. If your goal needs it, I can combine Endermologie with other devices later in your course.
How many sessions will I need?
The standard course is 12 sessions. Some clients need more, depending on their age and their goal. I will tell you what I recommend after your consultation.
Many clients start to notice a difference after 5 or 6 treatments. Results vary from person to person.
Most plans are built around a full course of 12. Some goals need a few more sessions.
One treatment a month after your course helps you keep your results over time.
What helps your results
Drinking plenty of water matters a lot. A good diet and regular exercise add to what we do in the treatment room. They work together.
I often compare it to the gym. You go regularly and you see the difference. Endermologie works in a similar way, one session at a time.

I run Endermika in Prestwich and I do every treatment myself. I have been working with LPG Endermologie for 4 years.
I focus on what you want to achieve. After the consultation I make a plan for your body, and I support you through the whole process, not just the first few sessions.
Who Endermologie is not suitable for
Your safety comes first. We go through your health at the consultation, before any treatment.
I do not treat you if
- You are pregnant
- You have varicose veins diagnosed by a doctor
- You have epilepsy
- You have had cancer and it has been less than 5 years
- You have skin problems

With diabetes it depends on the type. Please tell me about it when you book or at your consultation, and we will decide together.

When will I see the first results?

Keep going regularly. A top-up session once a month helps you keep your results over time. Think of it like the gym: you go, and you see the difference. Some of my clients have been coming for 4 years, and in my experience they look better year after year.

Drink plenty of water. It matters a lot. A good diet and regular exercise also add to the results. They all work together.
How long is my first visit?

Can I have Endermologie if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
